Has the base of your Classic Joe 2 been damaged? This is a replacement ceramic base. Supplied is the base only, it comes with gasket and bottom vent pre-installed; internal parts, bands and hinge are not included.

Delivery

If shown as “in stock” this dispatches in 1 – 2 working days. Delivery by pallet freight. This item is delivered by our specialist bulky goods contractor, normally within 2 working days of dispatch, though faster is frequently possible if you need it in a hurry. After you place an order we will contact you (the same day, or next working day if orders are received in the afternoon or outside working hours) to arrange a delivery day when you will be at home; we don’t just dispatch orders the moment we receive them because sending something bulky and heavy to an address when no one is there to receive it causes considerable problems for our delivery company. Delivery is Monday to Friday, 0800 – 1800. Saturday deliveries are possible but this is at additional cost (normally £60, contact us before placing an order to arrange).

Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase, we do accept returns of unused, unopened items. However, because of the cost and difficulty in moving these large items around, please note the following:

  • For most deliveries we cover the full cost of the original delivery of this item to you; for some remote areas we subsidise most of the cost, and require the buyer to pay part of it. The shipping cost we incur varies depending on how far it must travel – if you would like to know the cost feel free to ask us. If you cancel the purchase and return the item to us, the original delivery costs we incur are non-refundable and will be deducted from your eventual refund.
  • Return shipping is at your expense. We can help you arrange shipping if needed. It is your responsibility to ensure that the return item(s) reach us in undamaged condition.
